In the autumn, discussion columns often ask when the correct time is to hang up “Christmas lights”. Some are of the opinion that they should not be hung until around Independence Day and taken away immediately after the Christmas holidays, whilst others already begin to hang them up in October. Decorating with light is, however, fun and brightens up the whole year, so you should not shy away from it just because summer days are long and bright. By taking advantage of different methods of arrangement and applications, you can always find new dimensions for decorative lights - and even summer evenings do get dark.
We are used to certain ways and we decorate with lights according to the calendar cycle. But what if this year you decided to try something new and get as much fun as possible from beautiful summer nights? One of the greatest benefits of LEDs is that they do not heat up in use. They can therefore safely be arranged and combined with sensitive materials such as paper, different textiles and even plants.
LEDs only consume a little energy. By using timers, you can take full advantage of their energy efficiency and allow the light to shine only when you want it to.
Hints for summer light:
And most importantly, let it shine! (Neighbours casting sullen glances at your bright balcony are just jealous. ;))
