On this page, we answer questions about Airam's Online shop.

I am a private customer and I would like to buy your products. Why can’t I use the online shop?

Even though our products will be used to adorn or light up your home, our direct customers include retailers and wholesalers. 

We do not sell directly to private consumers. There are some exceptions, such as our sample sales and some events arranged by the City of Kerava. The product selection at these events is limited.

Also, in case of a complaint, first contact the shop you bought the product from.

How can I contact Airam?

You can contact us via the contact request form. All messages are read and processed as quickly as possible.

What is the price displayed on the website?

Product prices are only displayed to customers who have logged into our online shop. The prices are either our own retail prices, or if your company has signed an agreement on prices, you can view the agreed prices.

How do I get a username and password for Airam’s online shop?

We grant passwords to our online shop to our account customers and electrical and lighting designers. Fill in the registration form, and we will process your request as soon as possible.

What are the benefits of registering for the online shop?

You can save time by logging into the online shop. This allows you to order products when it suits you best without the need to wait, and you can check the availability of products quickly and easily. If you order certain products regularly, you can save your shopping basket information for further use.

As a registered customer, you can among other things create product folders and save favourite products.  

I have logged into the online shop. Why can’t I see a shopping basket?

If you are not authorised to buy products, you have been registered as a designer in our system. Designers can log into the shop and use its outstanding tools, such as product folders, but they are not able to buy products. If you feel you should have the right to buy products, contact our customer service.
